WireBuzz Bus Dev/Sales Executive 

Job Description:

We’re currently looking for a Bus Dev/Sales Executive to be a key contributor to the growth of our company. WireBuzz is an award-winning video, marketing and sales optimization agency located in North Scottsdale, and was acknowledged by Inc5000 as one of the fastest growing companies in America during 2020. 

WireBuzz’s CEO, Todd Hartley, is a speaker and sales trainer for Tony Robbins. He teaches virtual selling tactics to enterprise businesses all over the world, including helping SaaS giant LivePerson to achieve 31% quarterly growth ($119M+ in sales) in 2021.

The person who assumes this role will be expected to develop and nurture new relationship on behalf of WireBuzz, as well as support our existing accounts. We believe in developing relationships and building trust by sharing our methodology - the knowledge and beliefs that make clients want what we’re selling. This position is a perfect fit for a highly motivated person wanting to learn from master sales professionals, while helping clients adopt and embrace video as part of their digital marketing and website strategy.

You will be collaborating with our digital strategists, video producers, and creatives to lay out custom video and marketing strategy decks for our sales presentations. You’ll be responsible for your sales cycle from outreach to contract, including designing sales decks, drafting proposals, and scoping and presenting pricing. The right person is also excited by the opportunity to share their sales and marketing thought leadership on a consistent basis, using social selling tools like LinkedIn to leverage their existing network while broadening their reach.

Responsibilities: 

      • Identify new business opportunities, both with targeted and existing accounts
      • Identify client marketing goals and develop needs-based project solutions and retainer programs
      • Work collaboratively with digital strategists, video producers, and creatives to scope projects profitably and accurately
      • Customize sales presentations for video, website and marketing strategies (i.e. Keynote Presentations) 
      • Present digital and video marketing strategy consultations to sales managers, sales teams and clients
      • Help resolve any questions or issues pertaining to contract signing and project kick-off
      • Share thought leadership content related to WireBuzz’s services on social media (i.e. LinkedIn)

Required Skills & Competencies:

      • 5+ years of sales experience related to CRM, websites, creative media or inbound marketing (no prior video sales experience required)
      • Autonomous and highly motivated, with excellent time management skills
      • Willingness to use video to share your digital marketing knowledge with others, as well as creating multiple videos a day for prospecting, following up on leads and proposals 
      • Strong visual design skills, comfortable with Powerpoint or Keynote
      • Excellent presentation skills
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Hard-working, ethical, relationship-builder with a positive attitude
      • Some occasional travel necessary

Bonus Points:

  • Local to Scottsdale 
  • Already comfortable with personalized video and virtual sales
  • Experience selling marketing or media services to healthcare/life science clients 
  • Existing B2B relationships and LinkedIn community

Other Important Details:

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (US Remote Eligible)
Compensation: Base + Commission (DOE)
