With 23 years of sales/leadership experience, Neal is a top-producing rep on every sales team he's been on. His work focuses on increasing sales, profits, and market share, utilizing the most ethical, efficient, and effective leadership, influence, selling, and client relationship skills.

Neal began his sales leadership career with Deepak Chopra in July 2004 and took their revenue from $800,000 to $8.26M by 2007 (900% increase).

Neal also was part of the founding team that built Tony Robbins Business Mastery. As the Business Mastery Sales Leader he exceeded new revenue quota: (125% of $1M in 2010, 133% of $1.5M in 2011, 113% of $2M in 2012)

In January 2021, Neal joined The Scalable Company as its Executive Sales Leader where he grew inside sales revenue 371% and doubled conversions in the first year.

Neal currently lives in San Diego, California with his wife, Samara, their two kids Anthony and Bellina, and their dog, Kiwi. He loves spending his free time traveling and camping with his family, being outdoors and, more recently, playing pickleball.
