Marketing and business development are second nature to Annette. While Vice President of Marketing at U.S. West/Qwest, she drove marketing strategy and execution for the business and government markets. She led all marketing disciplines, from product development, competitive analysis and market management in the highly competitive information technology business.
A zealous advocate for the underserved, Annette turned her efforts to women’s cancer causes. She founded the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Arizona and served on the board of the Ovarian Cancer National Alliance. As President of the OCNA, she impacted legislation in support of women with cancer, she helped prioritize patient needs to governing agencies, and she collaborated with the medical community to improve treatment options.
Joining WireBuzz to help steer the creation of new initiatives, Annette merged her extensive business background with her passion for patient survival. Her leadership is essential to our account management process, scripting / pre production, and client satisfaction.
A survivor of breast and ovarian cancer, Annette is also a published author of the book, Outside The Lines of Love, Life and Cancer. She continues her charity work on her days “off.”
